By reading this you will understand your (and our) key requirements, duties, and responsibilities and ensure a safe and successful event for all.
During Quotation
The size, surface and condition of the site must be suitable for the erection of the venue. If on grass, the grass needs to be cut short the day before hire, to ensure a flat surface.
You must inform us of any drains, pipes, cables or other obstacles which might affect the site. This is due to metal rods being placed into the ground to secure your venue. You should note that when the venue has been dismantled, Imprints and holes on the grass are visible but we will do our best to make good. The site must be cleared of all obstacles prior to the delivery of the inflatable venue. We will notify you on the day if we have had to move any obstacles out of the venues way.
A suitable and sufficiently rated power point must be available within 20 meters of the inflatable venue. The venue is powered by a high powered fan and requires electricity for both the fan and lighting equipment. if any extras are also being made, then separate outlets are required to prevent overheating. if any elements are damaged Pumping parties are not to be held responsible.
